Price & Payment Information

Quotations are made individually for each client, the valued project should be thoroughly discussed, WinWindows is not responsible for omitted details which the client did not mark at the quote or order.
Payment usually has two stages, we collect a deposit of about 60% of the total price before placing the order, the balance should be paid on the day of installation or if you only buy on the day of collecting items (windows / doors).

Until all the full payment is done by customer for the service / purchase , the goods are still the property of WinWindows Ltd.

Installation details :

The exact details of the installation should be discussed before paying the deposit.
There are several types of installations :
• in new constructions, it is usually installed in ready holes without plastering
• window / door replacement without plastering, only pinning and expanding foam ( or without )
• full installation – replacement, pinning, expanding foam, plastering,
It should also be agreed whether debris and old windows / doors are to be taken to the landfill site or left to the client.
WinWindows is not responsible for damage that may occur during the disassembly or assembly of the window / door. :
• tile damage
• skirting damage
• floor or wall damage

Any complaints that arose during assembly or were noticed then can only be claimed after a full payment for the goods and services.
We always do our best to avoid damage, but sometimes it is impossible.
Warranties and liability

Manufacturer’s warranty 5 years for windows and doors.
Warranty for installation 2 years.
Terms and conditions of this contract do not affect any additional rights you may have under a manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee. These are rights given to you by the manufacturer in addition to your statutory rights. Any additional rights given to you by the manufacturer in respect of Goods purchased are not incorporated into this contract.
We are not responsible and the warranty is not subject to mechanical damage (scratches, glass breakage) that was not our fault, which arose after receipt ( installation ) and accepted by the customer.

We are not responsible for death or personal injury when using our products not in accordance with the instructions.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery not due to our fault.
